An expert in the field of sales management and sales development, Chad has been working in the professional field of sales for the past 17 years. As a dedicated lifelong learner with a Bachelor of Education degree, and a Sandler Training Rookie of the year, Chad appreciates the value of training and has firsthand experience with the success it can bring. His passion for taking talented people and giving them the skills they need is evident in the interactive experience he brings to his events. Using Sandler Training he brings real life solutions to real life problems that all sales people and sales managers face on a daily basis.
Matthew has been involved in sales for over 12 years in roles ranging from Sales Representative to Vice President of Sales. Matthew's expertise is in training and coaching and has delivered training all over the world. He is also an accomplished public speaker having presented not only across Canada but in several countries including Germany, Sweden, Poland, and Mexico.
As the Vice President of Sales, Matthew started his sales team with five representatives and grew a sales force across three provinces while also helping that organization become one of the fastest growing companies in Canada. As a former student of Sandler, Matthew has implemented many of the principles and philosophies over his career.
A strong sales leader with over 15 years in management and business development, Luc has consistently risen to the top of his profession.
Responsible for epic growth in his former role as a publisher, he grew the West Coast region from 1 to over 28 publications in less than 5 years while building a sizable team within an era where everyone was telling him that “print is dead” and “it’s not going to work”. Going against these beliefs he and his team generated tens of millions of dollars in business revenues by bringing value to businesses in British Columbia.
Born and raised in Quebec, he completed a business degree in Finance. Passionate about business and leadership, Luc values the elements of good training, continuous learning and meaningful coaching. Luc attributes his learning mindset as the foundation for the successes in his career, ”I’m an eternal student and am always looking to grow”, he says.
Nasreen draws on over 15 years of HR experience, she thrives on the challenge of working with a variety of clients and solving new problems. Her leadership and project management experience include both private and public sector organizations in oil and gas, manufacturing, and healthcare. Nasreen holds a business diploma with specialization in Human Resource Management from NAIT. Nasreen joined Sandler in 2018 as the Director of Client Relations and plays a key role in driving strategy and adoption of best practices in all available client tools within Sandler. When away from the office, Nasreen enjoys cooking and often searches for unique ingredients when traveling with her family.
Joining Sandler in 2012, Nazreen works as an Administrative Assistant and helps clients navigate all aspects of the Sandler system. Prior to joining the team, Nazreen worked in a Pediatric clinic for over 26 years and graduated with a Medical Office Assistant diploma from Grant MacEwan College. She brings many years of experience dealing with client relations and handling multiple priorities. Nazreen is a mother of two and enjoys spending time being a “dance mom”, reading and the company of her friends and family at their lake lot.
